Chiropractic

Chiropractic therapy is a healthcare profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and
prevention of disorders of the neuro-musculoskeletal system and the effects of these disorders
on general health. Chiropractors do more than adjust your spine, but they can help with any
muscle, joint, or nerve pain in any part of your body.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.

Physical therapy is provided to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient's mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

The goal of Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is to improve pelvic floor function through exercises, lifestyle modifications, education and hands on treatment to decrease and eliminate your symptoms.
