Dr. Erik Lenz is a graduate of D’Youville University with a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, he also holds a B.Sc. in Motor Neuroscience from Brock University. Specializing in diversified spinal manipulation and flexion-distraction therapy for lumbar disc decompression, Dr. Erik is also experienced in concussion assessment and treatment through SHIFT concussion training. His expertise in these areas, combined with his commitment to optimizing mobility, ensures that his care is both personalized and effective to assist patients at all stages of life. Driven by a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, Dr. Erik helps patients recover, restore function, and perform at their best, all while promoting long-term health and mobility. Allison supports individuals through all stages of life, from pregnancy and postpartum care to athletic recovery, senior health, and the demands of professional lifestyles.
A graduate of Ontario College of Health and Technology, Allison combines her clinical training with a holistic perspective on health. In addition to massage therapy, she is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance, where she integrates movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to promote both physical and mental resilience. By blending therapeutic techniques with compassionate care, Allison empowers her patients to achieve long-term wellness and live with greater ease.
